What is GO Rewards?

GO Rewards is a loyalty program where you are able to earn redeemable points with each purchase. Sign up with your email address to:

  • Earn points that can be redeemed as discounts on future purchases
  • Receive early access to sales and other VIP perks
  • Track your points on your GO Rewards page (found in your account)

How Do I Earn Points?

When you make a purchase, 5 points will be added for every $1 spent. For example, if you spend $50, you will receive 250 points. After you place an order, there is a 14 day approval period. The points will appear as “pending” in your GO Rewards page. Over time, you have the opportunity to move up through 4 reward tiers! At each tier, the number of points you can earn per dollar increases. See details below. 

Additional Ways to Earn Points

  1. Create an Account on sawinzabest.shop (100 points) – Guests without an account will not be able to earn points.
  2. Sign up for our email list (150 points) – You can do this by going to the bottom of our homepage and enter your email address, or at checkout (leave the box checked for Accepts Marketing).
  3. Leave a product review (50 points per review) – This will be limited to 50 points awarded per day.
  4. Like Us on Facebook (50 points) – You must be signed in to your account.
  5. Follow us on Instagram (50 points) – You must be signed in to your account
  6. Happy Birthday (250 points on your birthday) – Birthday points are rewarded once a year. If you entered the wrong date, please contact us to make the change on your account.
  7. Refer a Friend – Earn 1,200 points when you refer a friend and they make a purchase of $60 or more on our website, www.sawinzabest.shop. Friends may not be from the same household (ie using the same ip address).

1. What are the different Reward Tiers?

  • Tier 1 (Seed) – Spend $0–$100 – Earn 5 points/$1 spent
  • Tier 2 (Sprout) – Spend $100-$250 – Earn 6 points/$1 spent
  • Tier 3 (Sapling) – Spend $250-$500 – Earn 7 points/$1 spent plus Early Notification of sales and special offers
  • Tier 4 (Orchard) – Spend + $500 – Earn 9 points/$1 spent plus Early Notification of sales and special offers

2. Are there any exclusions?

Yes. Gift card purchases do not earn points for your rewards account. Commercial or customers with Special Pricing are not able to sign up for additional discounts through GO Rewards. Customers may only use one discount code per order. Points and/or vouchers are not applicable to shipping charges.

3. Do your points ever expire?

Yes. After 10 months. unused points will expire. You will receive a reminder email 2 weeks prior to the expiration date. 

4. How do I redeem my points?

For every 100 points you earn, you will get $1 off a future order. Customers must have at least 500 points saved in order to redeem points. You can redeem your points in several ways:

  • Use the slider at checkout. A minimum of 500 points are needed to apply them during check-out. The maximum number of points that can be redeemed per order is $50 or 5,000. This is the easiest and fastest way to redeem points, no code is needed!
  • Go to your Rewards page and scroll down to the Rewards section. You can choose from a few different vouchers to apply to your order. When you click on "Get Reward," a pop-up will appear with your code. Enter the code in the discount box during online check-out to redeem your voucher. Rewards increase as you earn more points! Please remember that only one discount code may be used per order.

Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator (in-person) will play a vital role in enhancing the Peaceful Valley and sawinzabest.shop brands by increasing patronage in our Grass Valley and Albany retail locations, while integrating the local efforts into the national brand and broader Marketing plan. Under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will coordinate local Grass Valley social media, event organization, and local communication initiatives while maintaining branded signage within the store properties. Collaborating with the Marketing team and local Store & Nursery teams, the Marketing Coordinator will also assist in coordinating promotions and engaging with local businesses and communities.

Responsibilities include:

Implement Local Marketing Initiatives:

  • Execute local marketing campaigns and promotions to drive customer engagement and foot traffic to the Grass Valley retail location (as determined by the Marketing plan).
  • Create and maintain appropriate signage in and around store properties.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop creative concepts and strategies tailored to the local market.
  • Support seasonal merchandising display plans.
  • Coordinate and execute local advertising efforts, including print, radio, online, and social media channels.
  • Organize, execute and coordinate communication for local events and workshops to enhance brand awareness and generate customer interest.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of local marketing initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the business; eg. being trained on the register to ring up customers.

Assist with National Marketing Strategies:

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in developing content for marketing strategies to meet national brand (Grow Organic) goals while integrating local retail efforts.
  • Collaborate with local and other retail teams (Willamette Valley, OR) to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all marketing channels.
  • Support the implementation of digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media, and website updates as needed.
  • Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.


  • Proven experience in marketing or related roles, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Knowledge of marketing and design principles, concepts, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starting initiative and completion for projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to support stores in basic functions when needed, such as cashiering, answering customer questions, etc.
  • Proficiency in using design and marketing software/ tools such as:

Canva, Adobe Products; InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom. Google Workspace; Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc. Shopify, Klaviyo, Social Media Content Managers; Meta, Later, Hootsuite or Sendible, etc.

This is a full time, year round position. Benefits applicable for full-time employees. This position is Monday through Friday.
